IMPORTANT Reminder for 2024 Season:
By completing registration with Rancho Bernardo Pop Warner, you are agreeing to the terms of appropriate Age Based Division placements for the well-being of all participants. Safety is our top priority!
*Equipment Policy: All “RBPW property issued” gear is inventoried and required to be returned to RBPW at the end of the season.
5–6 Year Olds Age Based (Flag/Tiny Mite)
Regular Fee: $449
Season: Aug 1st- Nov 30th
Registration Fee Includes:
- Game Day Uniform (shell top/skirt)
- Showcase Performance Uniform (long sleeve top/skirt)
- Warm up jacket
- Bows
- Camp/Practice wear (t-shirt, tank, short)
- Player/team photo
- Pom rental (*RBPW property issued)
- Additional non-uniform/gear related covered expenses: competition music, Pop Warner affiliated competition registration fees, JAMZ Day Camp, Pop Warner uniform patches, insurance for cheerleaders, costs for use of fields, paramedic/EMT for Game Days, and administrative fees.
Additional Required Purchase not included:
- Game/Competition Cheer shoes, RBPW will provide an approved vendor list for purchasing.
Optional Purchase:
- Cheer backpack
- Custom water bottle
7-15 Year Olds Age Based (Mighty Mite, Junior Peewee, Peewee, Junior Varsity, Varsity)
Regular Fee: $649
Season: Aug 1st- Jan 31st

LATE REGISTRATION:
Interested participants who do not sign up by the standard registration deadline 05/18/2024, will be placed on a waiting list. After all prior cheerleader team placements are completed, participants may be added if space is available and are within the supplemental uniform deadline. In addition to the Standard Registration Fee, a mandatory $50 late fee will be charged to cover all expedited processing and shipping costs associated with supplemental uniform orders.
REFUND POLICY:
RBPW must forecast the upcoming seasons operational costs and are required to plan well in advance before the start of the season. All registrants, both football and cheer, may apply for a refund of up to 50% of the paid registration fee prior to the equipment/uniform fittings date benchmark, 05/18/2024. A $25 processing fee will apply. No refunds shall be authorized/issued on or after the equipment/uniform fittings date benchmark 05/18/2024.
